About the Weekly Thing
the Weekly Thing started in May 2017 as a simple experiment: share the most interesting things found on the internet each week with friends and colleagues. Eight years and 344+ issues later, it's still going.
Each issue is a curated collection of links, commentary, and observations spanning technology, culture, the indie web, and the occasional unexpected rabbit hole. It's one person's lens on what's interesting — not an algorithm, not a feed, just considered curation.
The newsletter is and always will be free. Supporting Members contribute to a nonprofit selected each year, with 100% of fees donated.
